Blagg Family and West Family earlier connection???

The last post I made had a reference to Thomas West (Father of Thomas Renshaw West) living at some point in Jackson County AL.  Just noticing that this is the same area that we find the elder Israel Blagg on the Indian removal census in 1819.  No West’s are on that petition, but it’s an interesting connection.  I really need to map out these families travel route and see if maybe it will shed some light on who this “other” Israel is.
