So trying the wordpress app for the iPhone. Kinda cool. Also I really like the app from ancestry.com it let’s you have your tree and info right on your phone.
forgive the off topic nature of this, but my cat, Bela Lugosi (like the Dracula actor ’cause he’s a tuxedo cat) had to be put to sleep this week. He was my longtime companion and provided comfort to me thru a lot of turmoil and good times both over the last 16+ years. [...]

Found ancestry.com has Illinois state census and found Joseph Golladay living near David Whitney. Continues to sort of support the Golladay/Light/Whitney links.

Well, just letting everyone know the blog may not get updated for awhile. I live in New Orleans and have to get out of town due to Gustav, so might not be doing much on here geneaology wise for awhile. Stay tuned tho, ’cause we’ll be back soon!!!
